A place that overlooks a sustainable community spread around with a new harvest on one side and a spectacular view of the mountains on the other side; that is the sight you will see from Leela’s Eco café. Delicious Nepali gourmet meal served at a reasonable price, which you can enjoy with friends or anyone you may find or meet there. One can relax and rejuvenate here, just 7 kilometers from ring road but far from the madding crowd of the busy town lifestyle.

The food at Leela’s Eco café is mostly made out of the bio-organic farm produces which are harvested in the farm garden there.

We use produces from our own Biodynamic Farm to  prepare the dishes in our  Eco Café and Eco Bottle-guest house for the visitors and guests. Biodynamic Farming is a holistic, ecological approach to agriculture by focusing on improving soil fertility to produce healthier plants and, in turn, healthier individuals.

The Kevin Rohan Memorial Eco-Foundation (KRMEF) was  established in 2008 in Kathmandu, Nepal with the aim to create a healthy, sustainable environment that embodies eco-friendly practices for the well-being of local communities. The proceeds of our sales/ income also contributes  towards helping the sustainable development of other KRMEF’s projects like community library, clinic, etc.

“Our founding principles have remained at the center of all our activities, they are: respect, integrity, dignity, productivity, trust & inclusiveness”- KRMEF.
